Event callback for custom ordering of two properties in the inspector list.

Remarks

Sender: the inspector that raised the event. Prop1, Prop2: the two properties to compare. Result: negative if Prop1 precedes Prop2, zero if equal, positive if Prop1 follows Prop2.
