TAdvCustomFormDesigner.Active Property
Indicates if the form designer is active (on) or inactive (off).
Remarks
The Active property controls if the form is being designed or not. When you set Active property to true, the designer enters in active mode which mean form editing is possible. Setting Active to false will deactivate the form designer and the form will behave like a regular Delphi form.
