TIDEEngine.InitialDir Property
Specifies the folder where the open and save dialogs of the IDE start. Use a full path.
Remarks
The open dialogs always start in InitialDir. A save dialog starts in the folder of the file or project being saved, and in InitialDir if it was never saved. If InitialDir is empty, Windows chooses the folder when there is no other one: in general the last one used by the application, or the Documents folder of the user the first time. This property has no effect on dialogs replaced with the OnOpenDialog and OnSaveDialog events.
