Remarks
The listener is created as the component is created, by asking the platform's registered factory for one, and released as the component is destroyed. Every property below is a forward to that listener, so reading one on a platform with no registered factory yields a default and writing one does nothing rather than raising.
The settings are declared here but not published, which lets a descendant decide which of them to expose. TTMSMCPHTTPServer is that descendant and is the one to drop on a form; use this class as the base when writing a server component of your own.
