Weight given to keeping the cost of the completion low, from 0 (unimportant) to 1 (most important).

Remarks

Defaults to 0.5, and an assigned value outside the range is clamped to it. The preferences are only sent with a request when a hint has been added or one of the three weights differs from its default.
