IMPORTANT: READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING
THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE
BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   TMS Software ("TMS") grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the TMS Maps SDK
   solely for internal evaluation and testing purposes during the Beta Period.

2. BETA PERIOD
   This license is valid only for as long as you hold a current, unexpired
   license key issued to you by TMS Software and registered with the software
   via TMSLicensing.RegisterLicense(key). The software verifies this key's
   signature and enforces both its own expiry and a build-specific cutoff date
   every time it starts and periodically while running, and will not function
   without a valid, unexpired key. Upon expiry of your key or of the build's
   cutoff date, whichever comes first, or upon TMS Software ending the beta
   program generally, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all
   copies in your possession.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Use this software in any production environment or for commercial purposes
      without a separate commercial license from TMS Software;
   b) Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer this
      software or any portion thereof to any third party;
   c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive
      the source code of this software, except to the extent permitted by
      applicable law;
   d) Modify, create derivative works of, or merge this software into other
      software;
   e) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software;
   f) Use this software to build a product or service that competes with TMS
      Maps SDK.

4. FEEDBACK
   Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide regarding the software
   ("Feedback") may be used by TMS Software without restriction or obligation
   to you, including for incorporation into future versions of the software.

5. LICENSE KEYS
   License keys are issued to you for your own evaluation use only. You must
   keep your license key confidential and may not share, publish, or otherwise
   disclose it to any third party (including in publicly accessible source code
   repositories).

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY, WITHOUT
   WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
   WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. TMS SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET
   YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR
   ERROR-FREE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TMS
   SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
   CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LICENSE OR
   THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. TMS Software may terminate this
   license at any time for any reason. Your rights under this license will
   terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its
   terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your
   possession.

9. GOVERNING LAW
   This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
   of [JURISDICTION - TO CONFIRM], without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and TMS Software
    with respect to the software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
    understandings or agreements.
