TChartRelativeRectangle.Y2 Property
Percent of the parent coordinate. This value depends on HeightMode. If HeightMode is Factor, then 0 means 0 height, and 1 the height of the parent. If HeightMode is Edge, then 0 means parent.Top and 1 means parent.Bottom.
