TCryptographicAttributeObjectCollection.Add Method

TCryptographicAttributeObjectCollection.Add(TAsnEncodedData)

Adds a value to the list. If there is already an attribute with the same oid, the value is added to it, and if there isn't, a new attribute is created for the value.
