Event fired when the source file for a job has been uploaded.

Parameters

Sender	Component that raised the event.
ARequestResult	Outcome of the underlying request.
AJob	Job the upload belongs to.
AGetDetails	Set to False in the handler to suppress the automatic job-details request that normally follows the upload.
