TMS FNC Widget LED Bar

TTMSFNCWidgetLEDBar is a horizontal or vertical bar strip composed of discrete LED segments. Each segment lights up when the current value reaches its position, making the control suitable for audio level meters, battery indicators, signal-strength bars, and similar linear measurement displays where a segmented visual is preferred over a continuous fill.
