TMS FNC Widget Marquee Continuous Progress

TTMSFNCWidgetMarqueeContinuousProgress is a continuously animated marquee progress ring where the moving segment loops without interruption. Unlike the standard marquee variant the animation never resets its position, giving a smoother visual for long-running background operations. Section count, colours, and animation speed are configurable.
