TMS FNC Widget Progress

TTMSFNCWidgetProgress is a circular progress ring control that displays a value within a configurable minimum–maximum range. It supports tickmarks, a value indicator marker, an optional centre caption, and animated value transitions, making it suitable for dashboards, gauges, and task-completion indicators.
