TTMSFNCAnalogTimeSelectorAppearance.HourMarkLength Property

Length of the hour tick marks, in pixels, measured inward from the clock edge. The mark is drawn from the radius minus this value, so a larger value produces a longer mark. 0 falls back to a proportional default. Rescaled automatically on a DPI change.
