Converts a physical (storage) row index to its position among the rows actually rendered (display order applied, hidden and filtered rows skipped).

Remarks
Fixed top rows map to their display index; fixed bottom rows map directly after the last rendered data row. The position is independent of scrolling and unrelated to VisibleRowCount. The calculation walks all preceding rows, so avoid calling it per row in large loops.
