Rebuilds the list from the current columns of
Renderer.

Remarks
Lists hidden columns only, or all columns when Options.Mode is gcemAll; each item's check state reflects whether the column is displayed. Does nothing until the dialog has been built by Execute. Called automatically after Execute, after a drag-and-drop from the grid, when the options change, and when the renderer reports column changes.
