Resynchronizes the grid with the dataset position and repaints the data.

Remarks

Collapses an expanded detail row, recalculates the data link buffer for the visible rows, scrolls the grid to the current record, and refreshes the cells. Unlike ReloadFromDataSet, the row count is not re-read. Does nothing when no open dataset is linked.
