TTMSFNCDataGridAfterDrawCellEvent Event Type
Fired after a cell has painted its background and content. Use
AGraphicsto draw additional overlays on top of the cell.

Remarks
Not fired for a cell whose OnBeforeDrawCell handler set ACanDraw to False.
