Identifies a single grid cell by its zero-based column and row index.

Remarks
Use the MakeCell helper to construct an instance. Indexes include the fixed rows and columns: with the default single fixed header row, the first data row is Row 1. The coordinate itself is not validated; use TTMSFNCDataGridCore.IsCellValid to check it against the current grid bounds.
