TTMSFNCDataGridCellGetSupportsRealControlEvent Event Type

Signature of the cell-level request that decides whether a control is shown as a live control or painted from a cached bitmap.

Remarks

Raised for cells that host an application control (TTMSFNCCustomDataGrid.Controls); the built-in check-box, radio-button, button, and progress-bar cells decide on their own and do not raise it. Not raised while the grid is exporting, because export never uses live controls. The grid routes it to TTMSFNCCustomDataGrid.OnGetCellSupportsRealControl.

Parameters

Sender	The TTMSFNCDataGridCell hosting the control.
AControl	Control of the cell; can be nil for a cell without a control.
ASupportsRealControl	On entry, the cell's default. Set to True to parent the live control in the cell, or False to paint it from a bitmap.
