TTMSFNCDataGridClipboardOptions.AllowRowGrow Property
When True, pasting content that has more rows than the current row count automatically adds new rows. Default is False.

Remarks
When False, lines that fall beyond the last row are dropped. Not needed with PasteAction set to gpaInsert, which inserts rows anyway.
