Name	Description
gcemVisibleOnly	Column-chooser mode: lists only the columns that are currently hidden, without check boxes. Drag a listed column onto the grid to show it again, or drag a column header from the grid onto the list to hide it.
gcemAll	Lists every column with a check box that reflects and toggles its visibility.
