When False, no rule in the collection is evaluated and no formatting is applied. Default is True.

Remarks

Rules are kept while disabled, so this is the switch for toggling all conditional formatting at run time; changing it raises OnChange and repaints the grid. Individual rules are toggled with TTMSFNCDataGridFormatRuleItem.Enabled.
