Remarks
Existing items are reused in order and get the field name as both TTMSFNCDataGridDatabaseAdapterColumn.FieldName and TTMSFNCDataGridDatabaseAdapterColumn.Header; surplus items are deleted and missing ones added. The dataset does not have to be open. Shows a message and does nothing when no data source or dataset is assigned. Typically used at design time.
