Reads every cell of every record once, so all values are cached in the grid's own data.

Remarks
Temporarily enlarges the data link buffer to the full record count, stores each cell value in the grid, and restores the dataset position afterwards. LoadMode is not changed. Combine with KeepData set to True to keep the loaded values after the dataset is closed. Reads the whole dataset, so avoid it for very large datasets.
