When True, the text of memo fields is shown. Default is False, which shows the placeholder
(MEMO)instead.

Also applies to blob fields used in an TTMSFNCDataGridDatabaseAdapterColumn.HTMLTemplate. Memo fields with an OnGetText handler always show the handler's text. Changing the value reloads the grid.
