Describes how one cell value is turned into display text: the conversion type, a format string, and the texts used for Boolean values.

Remarks
A descriptor is passed by reference to TTMSFNCDataGridData.OnGetCellFormatting, initialized to gdftDefault with an empty format and empty Boolean texts. The descriptor affects only the displayed text; the stored cell value is not changed. Empty cell values are never formatted.
