Remarks

The data object builds this record from TTMSFNCDataGridDataIOOptions at the start of each transfer, so change Options.IO rather than the record to influence a transfer.

AlwaysQuotes	Boolean	True quotes every value written to CSV, not only values that need quoting.
Delimiter	Char	Character that separates CSV values. #0 (the default) detects the delimiter from the first lines on import and writes a comma on export.
MaxRows	Integer	Maximum number of lines imported; 0 or a negative value (the default is -1) imports all lines.
QuoteEmptyCells	Boolean	True writes an empty value as "" on CSV export rather than nothing. The default is True.
StartColumn	Integer	Zero-based grid column where an import starts writing and an export starts reading. The default is 0.
StartRow	Integer	Zero-based grid row where an import starts writing and an export starts reading. The default is 0.
TrimSpaces	Boolean	True skips leading spaces before each imported CSV value.
