Remarks
Reached through Options.IO. The settings are read at the start of each load or save call, so change them before calling the method.
Properties
| Name | Description |

| AlwaysQuotes | True encloses every exported CSV value in double quotes, regardless of its content. Default is False. |
| Delimiter | Character that separates CSV values. Default is #0, which detects the delimiter from the first two lines on import and writes a comma on export. |
| ExportScale | Scale factor intended for exports that render the grid. Default is 1.0; the value is stored only when it differs from 1.0. |
| MaxRows | Maximum number of lines read on import. 0 or a negative value (default -1) reads all lines. |
| OpenAfterCreation | True opens a file saved with SaveToCSVData or SaveToFileData in its associated application right after it is written. Default is True. |
| QuoteEmptyCells | True exports empty cells as "" in CSV; False writes nothing between the delimiters. Default is True. |
| StartColumn | Zero-based column where an import starts writing values and an export starts reading them. Default is 0. |
| StartRow | Zero-based row where an import starts writing lines and an export starts reading rows. Default is 0. |
| TrimSpaces | True skips leading spaces before each value during CSV import. Default is False. |
