TTMSFNCDataGridDataRadioButtonCell.HandleMouse Method
Processes a mouse event for the cell: clicks on the filter button, the comment indicator, and a cached control, and switching a cached control to its live version while the mouse hovers over it.

Remarks
Nothing happens when Blocked is already True. A press and release on the filter button or the comment indicator raise the corresponding grid events; a press and release (or a double-click) on a cached control run its click behaviour, for example toggling a check box.
Override in a custom cell to add hit areas; call inherited first and skip your own handling when Blocked is True.
