Non-owning list of
TTMSFNCDataGridCellreferences built each render pass to represent the currently visible cells in one grid region.

Remarks
The list does not own its items; the cells belong to the matching TTMSFNCDataGridCellList. Its content is rebuilt whenever the visible area changes (scrolling, resizing, data changes), so do not keep references to its items across render passes.
