When True (default), the height is calculated from the visible content instead of Size.

Remarks

For the header the height is the visual grouping zone height (when visible) plus Bar.Size (when the bar is visible); for the footer it is Paging.Size plus Bar.Size. With no visible content the area collapses to zero height.
