Remarks
Reached through the grid's Options.Localization. Defaults are English resource strings; only values that differ from the default are stored in the form file. The texts are read when the filter popup is built, so changes appear the next time it opens. The special value-list entries (FilterAllText, FilterEmptyText, FilterNotEmptyText) are recognised by their text, so choose captions that cannot collide with real cell values.
