TTMSFNCDataGridSelectionOptions Class

Controls how the user can select cells in the grid: selection mode, range behaviour, AutoFill, and whether selection is indicated in fixed header cells.

Remarks

Reached through the grid's Options.Selection. Changing Mode or RangeType rebuilds the grid layout; changing AutoFill or ShowSelectionInFixedCells only repaints it.

Properties

Name Description
AutoFill When True, a small handle appears at the bottom-right of the selection that the user can drag to auto-fill adjacent cells. Default is False.
Mode The selection mode that controls whether the user can select single cells, rows, columns, ranges, or disjunct groups. Default is gsmSingleCell.
RangeType Determines how the focused cell behaves when a range selection is extended by keyboard or mouse: gsrtMoveFocusedCell (default) moves the focused cell to the end of the range, gsrtKeepFocusedCell keeps it on the cell where the range started.
ShowSelectionInFixedCells When True, fixed header/footer cells are highlighted to indicate which rows or columns are currently selected. Default is False.
