TTMSFNCDataGridSortIndicatorAppearance Class
Appearance of the sort indicator shown in a sorted column header: the small order number drawn for multi-column sorts and the size of the ascending/descending arrow glyph.

Remarks
The order number is the main configurable element. Leave IndexFont.Color at gcNull (the default) to keep inheriting the header font colour, or set it for a dedicated colour. IndexFill/IndexStroke are gfkNone/gskNone by default so no badge background is drawn; set them to render a badge behind the number.
