TTMSFNCDataGridStretchingOptions Class

Controls column or row stretching — how the available width or height is distributed across columns or rows so they fill the grid.

API unit family: TMSFNCDataGridRenderer Inherits from: TPersistent

Syntax

GeneratedPascalC++
TTMSFNCDataGridStretchingOptions = class(TPersistent)
class PASCALIMPLEMENTATION TTMSFNCDataGridStretchingOptions : public System::Classes::TPersistent

Remarks

Reached through Options.Column.Stretching and Options.Row.Stretching. While Enabled is True the grid re-applies stretching whenever it recalculates its sizing (for example after a resize), overriding manually set widths or heights in the stretched range. Setting Enabled back to False restores the original column widths or row heights.

Every property change triggers a layout rebuild. For a one-time stretch without keeping it active, call the grid's StretchColumns or StretchRows method instead.

Properties

Name Description
Enabled When True, stretching is active and the available space is distributed according to Mode, Range and Index. Default is False.
Mode Determines how the space is distributed: gstmAll (default) sizes all visible columns/rows equally, gstmProportional scales each one relative to its current size, and gstmIndex resizes only the single column/row given by Index.
Range Specifies which columns or rows take part: gstrNormal (default) stretches only the non-fixed columns/rows, gstrAll includes the fixed ones as well.
