TTMSFNCTableViewReloadProgressMode Enumeration

Controls how the reload/refresh progress indicator animates. tvrpmMarquee shows a continuously sweeping arc; tvrpmMarqueeAlternate shows an alternate sweeping arc animation; tvrpmManual shows an arc whose sweep angle is driven manually rather than animated automatically.
