TMS FNC Hint

TTMSFNCHint is a cross-platform hint (tooltip) component that replaces the framework default with an HTML-capable, fully styled hint window. The hint text supports rich HTML markup rendered by the FNC HTML engine, allowing bold, italic, coloured text, and inline images inside tooltips.
