Resets the grid to a blank state: removes all cell data and per-row/per-column metadata.

Remarks
Clears cell values and cell properties, column calculations, grouping, merge information, the selection, hosted cell controls, and the custom widths, heights, order, hidden, merged and filtered state of every row and column. TTMSFNCDataGridCore.RowCount, TTMSFNCDataGridCore.ColumnCount and the fixed/freeze counts are kept. The operation runs inside a BeginUpdate/EndUpdate pair, so the grid recalculates once afterwards.
