Total number of rows, fixed top and bottom rows included. Default is 24.

Remarks

Changing it recalculates the layout unless an update block is active. Hidden and filtered rows are still counted. Per-row state stored for indexes beyond the new count is kept but ignored; call ClearRowInfo to reset it.
