Merge geometry of a cell that is part of a merged range of columns and/or rows.

Remarks
Every cell inside a merged range stores its own record: the offsets give its distance from the top-left anchor cell and the spans give the size of the whole range. For example, in a 3 x 2 range the cell in the second column of the second row stores ColumnOffset = 1, RowOffset = 1, ColumnSpan = 3, RowSpan = 2.
An unmerged cell holds the value returned by DefaultMergeInfo (offsets -1, spans 0), which TTMSFNCDataGridCellItemExtended.HasMergeInfo reports as not merged. Merge ranges with TTMSFNCCustomDataGrid.MergeCells and split them with TTMSFNCCustomDataGrid.SplitCell rather than writing the record by hand.
