Prepares the dataset for editing the field shown in a grid cell.

Remarks
Moves the dataset to the cell's record and, when the link is not read-only and the field can be modified (text-compatible type, or an OnSetText handler), puts the dataset into edit mode. Called by the grid when in-place editing starts.
