Writes the value from an in-place editor to the field shown in a grid cell.

Remarks
Moves the dataset to the cell's record, puts it into edit mode, writes the value through ConvertDataToField (for a lookup column, into the key field), and refreshes the grid. The record is not posted; it is posted when the dataset moves to another record or DataSetPost is called.
