For each level the data object fills this record from TTMSFNCDataGridDataGroupingOptions, then passes it to a group-options callback or TTMSFNCDataGridData.OnGetGroupOptions, so each level can be configured differently.

`AutoSort`	`Boolean`	True sorts the rows by the grouped columns before groups are formed, so equal values become adjacent. Set it to False only when the rows are already in group order.
`HeaderHeight`	`Double`	Height of a group header row, in pixels.
`HideColumns`	`Boolean`	True hides the grouped columns, since their value is already shown in the group header. The columns are shown again when the grid is ungrouped.
`MergeDelimiter`	`string`	Text inserted between values when a group header combines more than one column. The default is `' ; '`.
`MergeHeader`	`Boolean`	True merges the group header cell across the data columns.
`MergeSummary`	`Boolean`	True merges the group summary cell across the columns it spans.
`Summary`	`Boolean`	True adds a summary row for each group, or reserves the header for summary values when `SummaryInHeader` is True.
`SummaryHeight`	`Double`	Height of a group summary row, in pixels.
`SummaryInHeader`	`Boolean`	True writes the group summary values into the group header row instead of adding a separate summary row.
`UseFirstRowAsHeader`	`Boolean`	True prefixes each group header value with the text of the grouped column's header (row 0), producing text such as `Country: Belgium`.
