Expands a node row by showing its child rows.

Remarks
Fires OnRowExpand. Nothing happens (a log message is emitted) when the row is not a node row, or when its parent node is still collapsed; expand parents first, or use ExpandAllNodes. Child rows of nested nodes that are themselves collapsed stay hidden.
