Returns True when the row is rendered with the band layout.

Parameters

Name	Description
ARow	Zero-based row index to test.

Returns

False when Options.Banding.Enabled is False. Otherwise, with Options.Banding.TotalRowCount greater than 0, True for the first BandRowCount rows of each block of TotalRowCount rows; else True for every odd row. Positions are counted on visible rows, so banding stays alternating when rows are hidden or filtered.
