Returns the next selectable cell to the right of a cell, as used by keyboard navigation.

Parameters

Name	Description
AColumn	Starting column index.
ARow	Starting row index. When that row is hidden, the first displayed data row is used instead.

Returns

The next cell that is not fixed and is displayed, skipping merged spans; the starting cell when no such cell exists.
