TTMSFNCDataGrid.StopEditing Method

Closes the active in-place editor, writes its value back to the cell and returns focus to the grid.

Remarks

Call this before reading cell values or saving data while the user may still be typing, so the pending edit is not lost.

Returns

True when the value was committed or no editor was active; False when closing was refused, for example because validation in OnCellEditValidateData failed or an OnBeforeCloseInplaceEditor handler blocked it.
