TTMSFNCDataGridCore.CanLoadProperty Method
Decides whether a property is read when settings are loaded through the persistence interface.

Remarks
Properties of the core itself that are on the internal exclude list are refused; everything else is allowed. The result is then passed to OnCanLoadProperty, which can override it.
