Remarks
At this level, removes all custom widths and heights, display order, merged, filtered and hidden flags, and cached positions; row/column counts and fixed/freeze counts are kept. Descendants extend it to also clear the cell data, selection and grouping. Runs inside a BeginUpdate/EndUpdate pair.
