Returns True when the cell is rendered as part of the current data view.

Returns
True when the cell's column is not hidden and its row is neither hidden nor filtered out. A merged cell is resolved to its base cell and counts as displayed when at least one column and one row of its span are shown. Scroll position is not considered; use IsCellVisible for that.
